Summer Guest Housing Information

Summer Guest Housing is designed for any incoming 体育菠菜大平台 student who will be a first year student on the 体育菠菜大平台 Campus or any individual from another institution who will be completing an internship/clinical rotation in the Kearney area.

We have limited spaces available for Summer Guest Housing. Our spaces are assigned in the order we receive the reservation.

体育菠菜大平台 Housing cannot accommodate any requests for Summer Guest Housing to move in past July 1, 2025.

If you are a 体育菠菜大平台 student and you are moving out of Summer Guest Housing prior to August 1, you may NOT move into your Fall assignment until August 2, 2022.

Assignments will be emailed to students by Friday May 2nd.

Antelope and Nester Halls are apartment style living. They include a living room, kitchenette, private bathroom and extra storage closet shared with one suite-mate, and individual bedrooms

Guest Housing Accommodations After August 9th.

Guests will stay in Centennial Towers West (a traditional residence hall), you will have access to:

A private room with a share a bathroom
A MicroFridge
Access to high-speed wireless internet
Access to in hall laundry facilities
Access to mail services (for extended stay guests)
Access to a kitchen with a toaster over only.

Packages

To assist with timely package notification and tracking, the Office of Residence Life uses an electronic tracking and notification system. Students will receive an email notification once the staff has logged the package in. You will be given directions of where you can pick up your package.

Summer Guests will be able to start checking into their room on Sunday, May 18th.

Check-in Time Sunday, May 18th: 1PM- 5 PM.

Checking in Monday through Friday: The Office of Residence Life, 8:30AM to 4:30PM

Please note: 体育菠菜大平台 will be finishing Spring Semester classes on Friday, May 16th and will need time to clean rooms. We cannot accommodate any guest check-ins prior to Sunday, May 18th.

体育菠菜大平台 will have limited spaces available for guest housing past Friday, August 8th. Please see the Summer Hall Information section for accommodations past August 8th.

Guests must be available the morning of Friday, August 8th to move to their new accommodations. We cannot grant exceptions to this move as our custodial staff must begin cleaning rooms for 体育菠菜大平台 students to begin moving in Monday, August 11th.
